Policies and Procedures:

Loads4Less (L4L) sells products including customer returns, buy-backs, over-stocks, shelf-pulls and excess inventories by the truckload or pallet load only.

All merchandise is sold "as is" unless noted otherwise.   Additionally, all loads are sold on a NO REFUND basis.   We try our best to double check the accuracy of each manifest and product quality of everything we sell, but because of the nature of this business L4L cannot guarantee the quality or the specific items contained on each truckload.

Shipping All loads are sold FOB (freight-on-board) - the buyer pays for all shipping costs.  Most loads come directly out of our Los Angeles warehouse, but many loads are shipped directly from their source to save you money.

Loads4Less has developed long-term, large-volume relationships with national and international shipping channels and can offer very competitive, discounted shipping rates through our contracted carriers.

Shipping costs are based on origin, destination and weight.

Trailers vary between 48-53 feet in length.

All loads are sealed at time of shipment.  If you receive an un-sealed load, please contact us immediately, prior to unloading the goods.

Attention Exporters: We will work with freight forwarders.

Payment:

Payment Payment must be received within 24-48 hoursafter an order is placed and before the goods are shipped.

Loads4Less accepts bank wires or cashiers checks ONLY.   Bank account information will be provided to all purchasers upon completion of sale.

Paypal orders will be accepted from customers who have purchased 5 or more loads.

Restrictions:

Loads4Less liquidates goods for retailers and manufacturers throughout the United States. Retailer's names may not be used in any written, verbal or electronic advertising or representation of these goods.

All merchandise and packaging may have been de-faced prior to shipping and must remain free of retail logos, labels, price stickers, etc.   Please be aware of these restrictions -- if the merchandise requires "brand" or "retail name" defacing prior to re-sale, you may be required by law to do so.
